Registration Steps

The ABPTS and Sports Council permit approved providers to accept equivalent coursework from one another to allow maintenance of your sports specialty certification. To verify your previous coursework, please send your Acute Injury and Illness certificate to Dr. Michele Weinstein.

Once your certificate has been verified, you will:

1. Receive an email confirmation.
2. Create a Cogent Steps Learner Account.
3. Receive access to register after you create a Learner Account.
4. Select an upcoming ERA Recertification course on the ERA Recert Registration Calendar.
