To register for an ERA On-Site Two-Day Intensive Course please pick a date and location below and register. Once you register and pay for a course, you MUST complete the ERA Online Training Module (accessible under “Online Training” in your My Learner Account) before attending your in-person course.
CPR is not included in the two-day course, and must be registered for as an enrichment module. We offer this option for purchase in our store, which includes the Adult and Infant CPR Barrier Mask Kit.
TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Transfer requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will be honored at no cost provided the gaining course has capacity. Cancellation requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund minus a $65 administrative fee. CPR cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.
There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin. After two transfers, ERA registrations are no longer eligible for refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to mlweinstein@cogentsteps.net.
