Course Registration For Another Individual

For Virtual ERA Courses: you MUST purchase a SVERK from our store. See course requirements here.

To register someone else for an ERA On-Site Two-Day Intensive Course please pick a date and location below and register.

*IMPORTANT* – When registering another person you must save the Account Username and Password you create at checkout and share that with the registered individual so they can access and complete online materials. If you don’t provide this information (or forget it) to the registered individual they will not be able to access the required online course materials and will have to create their own learner account and contact us to get access.

Once you register the individual and pay for the course, they MUST complete the ERA Online Training Module (accessible under “Online Training” in the My Learner Account) before attending your in-person course. Please make sure the individual is aware of this requirement and has the credentials to login already mentioned above. Once they have those credentials they can login and access the course under “Online Training.”

CPR is not included in the two-day course, and must be registered for as an enrichment module. We offer this option for purchase in our store, which includes the Adult and Infant CPR Barrier Mask Kit.

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Transfer requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will be honored at no cost provided the gaining course has capacity. Cancellation requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund minus a $65 administrative fee. CPR cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin. After two transfers, ERA registrations are no longer eligible for refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to mlweinstein@cogentsteps.net.
