Course Registration For Groups

For Virtual ERA Courses: you MUST purchase a SVERK from our store. See course requirements here.

To register several people at once for an ERA On-Site Two-Day Intensive Course please pick a date and location below and register. You can add multiple attendee’s and register them all together.

*IMPORTANT* – When you are registering multiple attendees, each person will have to create their own learner account and contact us to get access to the required online materials. Please make sure to forward your order confirmation email (which you will receive when completing your purchase) to each individual attendee so they can reference the order # when contacting us.

Once you register the individuals and pay for their course, they MUST create their learner account and complete the ERA Online Training Module (accessible under “Online Training” in their Learner Account) before attending the in-person course. Please make sure the individuals being registered are aware of this requirement and are aware of the need to contact us above. Once they have those credentials they can login and access the course under “Online Training.”

CPR is not included in the two-day course, and must be registered for as an enrichment module. We offer this option for purchase in our store, which includes the Adult and Infant CPR Barrier Mask Kit.

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Transfer requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will be honored at no cost provided the gaining course has capacity. Cancellation requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund minus a $65 administrative fee. CPR cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin. After two transfers, ERA registrations are no longer eligible for refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to mlweinstein@cogentsteps.net.
