EMERGENCY RESPONSE FOR THE ATHLETE (ERA)

COURSE REGISTRATION FOR GROUPS 

To register several people for an ERA in-person two-day course, please choose a date and location from the calendar below.

IMPORTANT: When registering multiple attendees, each person must create their own learner account and contact us to get access to the required online materials. Forward your order confirmation email (which you will receive when completing your purchase) to each attendee so they can reference the order number when contacting us.

After the individuals are registered, they must create a learner account and complete the ERA Online Training Module (accessible under “Online Training” in their Learner Account) BEFORE attending the in-person course. Please make sure each individual is aware of this requirement.

CPR is not included in the course. To register for it as an enrichment module, CLICK HERE (the CPR course includes the Adult and Infant CPR Barrier Mask Kit).

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Transfer requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will be honored at no cost provided the gaining course has capacity. Cancellation requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund minus a $65 administrative fee. CPR cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin. After two transfers, ERA registrations are no longer eligible for refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to mlweinstein@cogentsteps.net and reid.bessenger@gmail.com.
