Shelly and Teonette were engaging, used real-world examples, and encouraged clinical reasoning within the EMR framework. They were thoughtful in their responses to questions, were respectful to all class attendees, and made sure that all participants understood the reality and unpredictability of EMR coverage. Very worthwhile course!
